1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of WebTitans Growth, an SEO and digital growth service offered by WebTitans, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to WebTitans Growth or accessing your dashboard at growth.webtitans.net, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Please read this carefully before subscribing. If you have any questions, reach out before completing your enrollment.

2. Services

WebTitans Growth provides fully managed SEO and digital growth services on behalf of clients. Services may include, but are not limited to:

‍

  • On-page SEO optimization
  • Technical SEO audits and remediation
  • Content creation and publishing
  • Authority and backlink building
  • Schema markup implementation
  • Core Web Vitals improvements
  • AI search indexing and optimization
  • Monthly performance reporting via your client dashboard at growth.webtitans.net

Specific deliverables are determined by your selected plan. WebTitans, Inc. reserves the right to adjust tactics and methods as needed based on professional judgment and evolving best practices, always in pursuit of your growth objectives.

3. Client Dashboard Access

Upon enrollment, you will receive read-only access to a branded client dashboard at growth.webtitans.net. This dashboard provides visibility into your campaign performance, reports, and activity.

All campaign actions, optimizations, and platform-level changes are managed exclusively by WebTitans, Inc. on your behalf. You may optionally connect your own Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile accounts to enhance reporting.

4. Subscription and Billing

WebTitans Growth services are provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize WebTitans, Inc. to charge your payment method on a monthly basis at the rate associated with your selected plan.

  • Invoices are generated monthly on or around your subscription start date
  • Payment is due upon receipt
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to you

5. Minimum Commitment and Early Cancellation

All WebTitans Growth subscriptions carry a minimum 6-month commitment. SEO is a long-term investment, and this commitment period is required to execute a full campaign and deliver meaningful results.

By subscribing, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

‍

  • You are committing to a minimum of 6 consecutive monthly billing periods beginning on your subscription start date
  • You may request cancellation at any time; however, cancellation does not eliminate or reduce the balance owed for the remainder of your 6-month term
  • Upon cancellation, any remaining months in your 6-month commitment period will be invoiced in full and become immediately due
  • Example: If you cancel after Month 2, you will be invoiced for Months 3 through 6 (4 months at your monthly rate), payable within 14 days of your cancellation date

After the initial 6-month term is complete, your subscription converts to month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice, with no further financial obligation. By completing enrollment and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the 6-month minimum commitment outlined in this section.‍

6. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, submit a written cancellation request to your WebTitans Growth account contact. Email is acceptable. Cancellations are not considered effective until confirmed in writing by WebTitans, Inc. Any charges that occur before a cancellation is confirmed are non-refundable.

7. Refunds

All fees paid to WebTitans, Inc. are non-refundable. This includes situations where results do not meet your expectations, as SEO outcomes are influenced by factors outside our direct control (search engine algorithm changes, competitive landscape, site changes made outside of our recommendations, etc.).

We do not offer free trials.

‍

8. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to perform services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business, website, and goals
  • Grant WebTitans, Inc. necessary access to your website as reasonably requested (e.g., CMS, hosting, Google integrations)
  • Avoid making significant website changes without notifying us, as unauthorized changes may interfere with active campaigns
  • Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe

9. Intellectual Property

Content created by WebTitans, Inc. as part of your campaign (articles, copy, etc.) becomes your property once your account is in good standing. WebTitans, Inc. retains the right to reference your engagement as a case study or portfolio example unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

WebTitans, Inc. does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. SEO results vary based on factors beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebTitans, Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
